The old "cracked LCD" prank
The setup: friend steps out and leaves computer unlocked (bad security). You step in and display an image of a cracked LCD full screen, then turn off the keyboard and mouse. Trackpad, too. Sorry, but opportunity... she was a knocking. :-)
